The proposed facility is a three-floor building that is made up of 24rooms for let. Four of the rooms are suites, Eight of the rooms are equipped with balconies, while Twelve rooms are basic rooms. All room sizes are above standard room sizes of 3600×3600 with the suite uniquely designed to have living and Bedroom areas for enhanced luxury for proposed occupants. To provide scenery for occupants of the Suites, French windows were incorporated into the design to provide a view of the outside which houses an outdoor Swimming pool.
